The History, Theory, and Practice of New Thought in Contemporary Spiritual Movements

Julius Evola (1898-1974) is possibly the most famous and infamous esotericists of the Twentieth Century. Virtually unknown outside of European circles, his works became available in English in the mid 1990s, and were of interest to a limited number of readers - until now. In this talk, Dr. White, a professor of renaissance and modern philosophy, and Board Certified Jungian Therapist and Trainer, will discuss Evola in the context of Europe between and after the world wars, and what that means for understanding and applying the lessons Evola has to teach modern practitioners of operative esotericism.
